BOOKING & CANCELLATION

PLEASE, DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAD PREVIOUS EYEBROW WORK DONE, REACH OUT FOR A FREE CONSULTATION. IF YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PREVIOUS CONSULTATION WITH US, YOU MIGHT BE SENT HOME WITH RECOMMENDATION FOR A LASER/SALINE REMOVAL FIRST AND YOUR DEPOSIT WOULD BE FORFEITED.

A $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. Please be aware that all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE and they DO go towards the cost of your procedure. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment in order to fill your spot. Rescheduling is allowed once. Your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be considered cancelled if:

- a 48 hours notice is not provided
- You do not show up to your appointment
- Are late 15 min or more
- Show up to your appointment with an old eyebrow permanent makeup work done without previous consultation first.

If you book our service with a promotional coupon code, you automatically agree to a photo consent form (online business advertisement).

As we understand that "life" sometimes happens, this cancellation policy serves to protect us and our business, we respect our client's time, so please respect ours.

Kids are not allowed in our salon for a very simple reason, all tools and medical tray is properly sanitized and can't be touched without gloves to prevent contamination and bacteria spread.

Now I would like to say something about our booking policies, I do take every client and every booking very seriously, once you book your appointment, you also book more than half of my work day. For each client of mine I keep an extra time in case we would need to get over some more details or couldn't find the desired shape right away etc. Even if you let us know 48 hours ahead that you aren't able to make it to your appointment, it's very hard to fill your spot last minute, a lot of my clients have their booking planned for weeks or even couple of months. Think of it like this... Permanent makeup businesses operate similar to airline companies, same as their travelers our clients needs to prepare for their day ahead, so do we. That's why we can't accept "walk-in" clients. Could you imagine calling your airline and telling them you can't make the flight leaving today at 10:30am but you'd like a seat for free on the next flight? Or calling and say you would like a fly to Barbados next week but you will pay when you get there? Probably not... We work like a flight. Once the plane has gone, the seat has lots its money. Same as your space. Now, I know times are tough and odd and costs are rising, but booking deposits and cancellation policies are in place to protect the salon owner, reassure the client and make an agreement between two parties official.
